The Firm was incorporated in 2020 in terms of South African company laws under company registration number 2020/119319/21. The Firm has Ms Boledi Priscilla Maboki as the sole director and shareholder, however we are in the process of appointing 2 junior partners and the documentation is with the CIPC for processing and updating. The Firm is 100% Black and female owned with a level 1 BEE rating.
